General Terms

By purchasing a ticket and attending Pumpkins After Dark (herein referred to as the “Event”), you agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the Show Management (Lantern Events Inc., Lantern Events USA Inc., and Pumpkins After Dark Limited), the Venue, and the City in which the event is held.

1. Entry & Risk Acknowledgement

  • All attendees enter the property, grounds, and facilities at their own risk.
  • Show Management, the Venue, and the City assume no liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss (including vehicle theft or damage).

2. Health & Safety

  • In case of a medical emergency, notify a staff member immediately. Trained personnel are available on site.
  • The event pathway is smoke-free and vaporizer-free. Smoking is permitted only in designated areas outside the event.
  • Alcohol is strictly prohibited. Violators may be asked to leave the premises.
  • Stay on the designated pathway and follow staff instructions and all posted signage.

3. Code of Conduct

  • The Event is designed to be a safe, family-friendly environment.
  • Behavior that is disruptive, aggressive, illegal, or in violation of local bylaws will not be tolerated and may result in ejection without refund or prosecution.

4. Pet Policy

  • Pets are not permitted at the event, except during Pet Night in Milton, ON.
  • Certified service animals are welcome in accordance with applicable accessibility laws.

5. Weather Policy

  • Pumpkins After Dark is held outdoors, and the experience operates rain, snow, or shine.
  • No refunds are issued for weather conditions unless the event is officially cancelled in its entirety without alternative event dates offered.

6. Photography & Media

  • By attending, you grant permission for photos and videos of your visit to be used for promotional purposes.
  • Personal photography is encouraged, but commercial photography must be pre-approved by Show Management.

7. Ticketing & Admission

  • Tickets are date and time specific. Late arrivals may be subject to capacity restrictions.
  • No re-entry is permitted.
  • Ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Ticket may be exchanged for a different date 24hr prior to your scheduled visit. Missed dates will not be rescheduled.

8. Accessibility

Accessibility varies by venue. Please refer to individual location pages or contact customer support to confirm accessibility options in advance.
